If you are a Senior Network Engineer with experience, please read on! We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join our fast paced and results driven and oriented team. This team is responsible for planning, designing, implementation and operations (escalations) of Cisco VoIP, Video and Data communications networks and systems. Strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and attention to detail are key in this customer-focused role.

What You Will Be Doing

Network Team Lead , managing team projects, tracking, and network services delivery
Research and Provide networking solutions around projects related to voice, video and data networks
Planning and Designing complex, highly available, communications infrastructure solutions in a multi-site, environment
Designing, Implementing and Escalation support for Global networking projects involving routers, switches, load balancers, WAN optimizers, and firewalls in a multi-protocol routing infrastructure. Balancing Project responsibilities with escalated operational Issues.
Prepare and maintain up to date documentation detailing assigned/ deployed solutions
Evaluate, Enhance, deploy and manage Network Tools infrastructure to deliver KPIs to manage network services
Communicate and Present requirements, findings, options, solutions, issues etc. with customers, peers, and managers for assigned network projects
Provide TOI, Standards Operating Procedures/Processes, templates/forms to customers and support team as required to deliver and operationalize assigned Network services
Work collaboratively with other Network Engineering team members to support deadlines; ability to work independently as well.
Perform critical strategy work all the way through hands on implementation.
Produce standard scripts to support on-going tasks to be utilized by the Network Engineering team.
Set standards for Network Management Applications to be used within the group. These may include standards for installation, bring-up and training.
Provide mentor-ship and training for more junior Network Engineers.
As the subject matter expert for the department, provide management with status updates, recommendations, and strategy planning support.

What You Need for this Position
*CURRENT Security+ ce certification

More than 8 Years of experience and knowledge of:

Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking
Strong understanding of Network routing and switching technologies, protocols and solutions
Vast Experience working with Network devices like routers, switches, load-balancers, firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAN Optimizers, global site selectors, SAN fabric switches etc.
Experience working with Wireless LAN technologies, protocols and solutions
Experience working with Network QOS
Strong understanding and Experience working with SNMP, NetFlow, and Network Tools
Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills. Strong understanding of standard Network Designs, Best Practices and Solutions
Bachelor’s Degree and Cisco and/or other major vendor Certifications (CCNP or higher) preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with competing deadlines.
Ability to follow documented daily procedures and policies; monitoring tools and response guidelines, escalation and notification processes; and Trouble/Ticket management processes and guidelines.
Aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving issues even in unfamiliar environments.
Strong working experience working below products and with technologies;
Technologies/Protocols: TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, HSRP, IPsec, VPN, MPLS. QoS, Multicast, dot1q, STP, VLANS, VTP, HSRP, VoIP, WLAN, DNS, DHCP, ARP, SNMP, NetFlow, Cisco vPC, FCoE, Cisco Fabric Path etc.
Products: Cisco Catalyst Switches, Cisco Routers, Cisco Nexus Switches, WAN Accelerators, Cisco and F5 load-balancers, Cisco ASAs, Cisco WLAN, A10, F5 Checkpoint, WAF products
Packet analysis and debugging abilities using a variety of tools (e.g. Finisar, Clearsight, Ethereal, tcpdump, etc.)
Strong understanding of Visio.
Scripting ability in Shell, PERL, Python, or other similar use language preferred
Ability to handle multiple complex tasks concurrently with competing deadlines.
Ability to follow strict policies and change control procedures.
Ability to learn new technologies and apply them to solving issues and problems within your area of expertise.

A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree is required; or equivalent experience is required.
